Now you are going to want to write out the name of the person who is harming backwards. If it is a place or simply a negative intention or energy, you may also write this out backwards. When completed, fold the paper in half, making sure your fold away from yourself. Turn it 90 degrees and fold it again. Now take your candle and place it on a plate. Then take the plate and place it directly on top of the petition. When ready, light the candle and say a prayer or simply read psalm 23.
